Description

Report Name

The name of the report.

Report Options

Available options include the following:

In-House Guests Only - Generates a report with only the in-house guests.
In-House and Reservation - Generates a report with the in-house guests and the reserved guests.

Sort Options

Available options include the following:

By Guest Name - Sorts the report by guest name.
By Room # - Sorts the report by room number.
By Arrival Date - Sorts the report by the guest arrival date.

Allocation From
Room #	The room number to which the posting allocation was initially done.
Guest Name	The first name and the last name of the guest.
Status	The reservation status of the booking.
Arrival	The date of arrival of the guest.
Depart	The date of departure of the guest.
Allocation To
Room #	The room number to which the posting was transferred.
Guest Name	The first name and the last name of the guest.
Status	The reservation status of the booking.
